Bold coffees begin with bold origins. Hitman features premium organic Sumatra coffee grown in one of the world's most celebrated coffee-producing regions, creating the rich body and unmistakable depth this roast is known for.

Bean Origin

  • 100% Sumatra — Grown on the volcanic slopes surrounding Mount Leuser near Padang in West-Central Sumatra, with additional coffees sourced from the Aceh region. Processed using the traditional wet-hulled method, producing the earthy richness, heavy body, and smooth finish Sumatra coffees are famous for.

Every great roast starts with relationships. We work to build long-term partnerships with trusted cooperatives and producer groups, returning to many of the same farming communities year after year whenever quality and availability allow.
