Returns & Refunds
• Refunds are available within 7 days of delivery.
• To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• If the product arrived damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@coffeebossbrew.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping
• If we made an error or the product was defective, we cover return shipping.
• For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 days after we receive and review the returned item.
