Cold brew is simply coffee brewed low and slow. No heat, no rush, no bitterness. By steeping coarse grounds in room temperature water for a full 24 hours, we draw out heavy chocolate and caramelized toffee notes while leaving the acidic bite far behind. It's concentrated energy, for those who run the day.
COLD BREW THE BOSS WAY

INGREDIENTS

• 1 Cup Coffee Boss Brew (Coarsely Ground)
• 4 Cups Cold filtered water
• Ice blocks (for serving)

REQUIRED GEAR

• Mesh brew bag or French Press
• Large glass pitcher
• Refrigerator with solid cold retention

1:4

One cup of coarse ground coffee to four cups of pure, cold filtered water yields the perfect bold concentration.

01. GRIND BOLD:
Grind your favorite Coffee Boss beans to a very coarse consistency, resembling sea salt. Fine grinds will make the brew cloudy.

02. FILL BAG:
Place the coarse coffee grounds inside your mesh brew bag, tie it securely, and lower it into your glass brewing pitcher.

03. ADD COLD WATER:
Pour 4 cups of cold filtered water slowly over the brew bag, ensuring all grounds are saturated.

04. STEEP SLOW:
Cover the pitcher and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours. The slow extraction pulls the deep chocolate and sweet toffee notes.

05. SERVE LIKE A BOSS:
Remove the brew bag from the pitcher. Pour over fresh ice blocks. Dilute with water or milk to taste, or drink black for maximum strength.

BOSS TIP

Always freeze some leftover Coffee Boss cold brew in your ice tray. Using coffee ice cubes ensures your morning glass stays strong and full-flavored down to the very last drop, never watered down.
