Meet the Boss

Alex Furioso is the founder and CEO of Coffee Boss Brew, a serial entrepreneur and coffee operator with more than 30 years of industry experience. He began working in coffee as a teenager, later managed at Starbucks, and went on to build one of the country’s largest Human Bean franchise operations, growing the business to 11 locations with more than 200 employees.

After successfully scaling and exiting the company, Alex returned to the industry he knows best to launch Coffee Boss Brew: bold, premium coffee built around the standards he’s developed over a lifetime in the business. Known as the Coffee Boss, Alex brings the same philosophy to coffee, entrepreneurship, and community leadership: set the bar high, never cut corners, and help others rise with you.
